It was a relocate and apart from the big plumbing and electricity i did it!! It was blooming hard work and it's definitely a holiday home but it has a nice feel to it. ( I think - not biased or anything!) It will get more planting and trees done in the autumn but its too dry just now.
Maz I'm advertising it on the BOI web page - I'll try that for starters and see what happens.
