Well yes, you can get in on the sausage action. As soon as the trade in these tasty morsels takes off I will need to make deliveries to various outlets in the Welly area. And to combat rising fuel costs, these sausages will be delivered on horseback. But I am not sure on how to go about advertising for "Sausage Jockeys". When I lived near Brighton years ago, I placed a similar ad in the local paper and I was flooded with thousands of replys from very enthusiastic men. But not one of them liked the actual job. And to be honest, I found them all to be a bit strange.
