Hi guys, me n the clan (with the long haired general, ie the wife!) being the applicant under the SMC, off to Orewa. Flying out of London on 7 Feb, arrival 9 Feb. A whole lot of emotions being encountered right now! All for the right reasons though I'm sure. Looking forward to it now. Bruce

Gota drive back through the fog all the way from Torquay to Suffolk today, so i think we're ready for some decent sun shine!!

Ack! Us two, arriving into Christchurch on 4th Feb, then on up to Wellington probably. Feeling of terror not being helped by having to remortgage at the last minute!

but my husband has now got to have an urgent knee op and has to wait a minimum of 6 weeks b4 he can fly. We had hoped to get the kids settled in for the start of the new term, now thats not going to happen. Also, I daren't give my notice in incase the visa falls thru.We also have to give a months notice on the rental house, and we still haven't got a date for the op. All very stressful, sorry to moan, just hope to have definite news about the visa after 5th January, will keep you posted.
Would love to hear from anyone else moving to South Island, part. Dunedin in February. Still hoping all works out and we get out there, these things are sent to try us!

Hello there folks,we are also off to Auckland fly on 1st Feb and having 5 nights stopover in LA and arrive in Auckland 8th Feb.Removals arrive next Wednesday 5th Jan.OMG so much still to do

Ray and Debbie fly from London to Christchurch via L.A. and Auckland 26 February 2011. Week stop over in Auckland visiting family
