Nobody can say for sure. Every application is treated individually.
Your medical will be referred to a Medical Assessor that is a definite and it all depends on their report as to whether or not you have an acceptable standard of health versus the cost to NZ's Health System.

Impossible for anyone to say.
In simple terms, any medical result that is borderline or outside the thresholds will cause Immigration to refer your whole medical report to an authorised NZ Medical Assessor (MA). The MA will look at your report and determine your prognosis and how many $'s you are likely to cost the NZ health system over the considered period of your visa. They may ask you to have more tests or have a re-test. They may ask you more questions about any meds you take etc.
If that $ value is too high its's likely the MA will recommend a decline due to you not having an acceptable standard of health. If the $ value is within the guidelines it's likely the MA will recommend approval due to you having an acceptable standard of health.
You also cannot declare you will never use the NZ health system. You cannot bypass the NZ health system costs by - for example having private medical insurance etc. This is because your visa status gives you the right to medical care and maybe reduced cost medical care just like anyone else and that is not selective, you cannot opt out.
This is all considered on an individual basis which is why nobody can say whether or not you have anything to worry about.

If it is bad news because of a medical issue you have a few options :-
* You can ask for a second opinion - goes to another MA, delays the whole process and likely they'll report the same as the first MA.
* You can appeal - immigration will have to audit the medical referral process and determine if they are acting legally and within the bounds of their Operations Manual. Delays the whole process.
* You can apply for a medical waiver - this is where immigration consider the benefits of your whole family not being in NZ and husband not taking up the job offer, cost to the employer etc outweighing the fact you may not be an acceptable standard of health and this alone may well get you the acceptance.
* If you are sure the MA is talking complete crap then you can fight their assessment but you must get a written report from an NZ based medical consultant who specializes in the particular field of health where you are having issues and that report must be in your favour and rubbish the determination of the MA.

If it helps, my Mrs's medical report was referred to an MA and they determined she would cost too much $'s so recommended a decline on the grounds of her not having an acceptable standard of health. We asked for a second opinion based on the fact her UK consultant said the MA's determination was complete crap. The second MA sided with the first. Her UK consultant wrote to INZ twice with his own personal report since she was his patient but they were both ignored.
Our Immigration consultant at WorkingIn Auckland wanted us to apply for a waiver but we decided to fight so we employed the expertise of an NZ registered consultant specialist. We sent him the wife's Immigration medical report, we sent him all of her UK notes and DVD's of actual invasive investigative surgeries and he reported exactly as her UK consultant. This was sent to Immigration and they had no alternative but to disregard their MA's findings and accept she was of an acceptable standard of health and the same day they approved the visa.....unfortunately that whole process delayed us 13 months.
