Re: Thread Killers
Ah, but what fun we have when we push and jump. That's what funny memories are made of.

Have yourself a merry little christmas
Let your heart be light
From now on
Your troubles will be out of sight
Have yourself a merry little christmas
Make the yule-tide gay
From now on
Your troubles will be miles away

Re: Thread Killers
I actually paid attention to the last posting date for economy to international destinations. You know, where they said the 10th of November. Well... they all arrived about a week ago.

Re: Thread Killers
Anyone out there wear contact lenses.
How do you see to put them in?
How do you find them when you drop them?
Does it ever get easier?
Oh and back to postage!
Cost me just over£9.32 for 2 Advent Calendars by AM and £2.48 for 2 cards. Good job I got my Winter Fuel papediment|_Wonder if we'll still get that in NZ.
Son paid out $1000+ for fire wood. I think those with young families should get some help towards heating. us oldies were brought up in old cold houses, no CH/DG, lino on floors, Jack Frost.
As I was saying ; Xmas. Yes it's coming. Our 1st one in UK for a while.
Hoping that it snows heavily- very heavily- Xmas Eve. Save us the dreaded 'family' party and Xmas Day Lunch with (oh so many we have absolutely nothing in common with) those whom we shall not miss-and I doubt will miss us!
That sounds so selfish and I'm really not. sooo- Hope it snows heavily in front of our house. and in the garden and driveway. All clear by Boxing Day! Please.
Now then where was I.
Yes Xmas.
I'm dreaming of a white Christmas
Just like the ones I used to know
Where the treetops glisten
And children listen
To hear sleigh bells in the snow.
M-m-m I love nostalgic memories but it's getting harder to remember them z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-
