Is there an Expat meet near Hawkes Bay?
Hi
I was just wondering if there was a regular expat meet near to Hawkes Bay? My best friend has just moved to the Hospital Hill area for a year from Western Australia and doesnt know anyone. I spoke with her last night from the UK and she seemed a bit down as her OH is working and she is at home with her little boy daily. She gets out and about and goes to the park/swimming with the little one but doesnt seem to have much in the way of adult company during the day/evening, dependent on OH's shifts. She is normally bubbly and is partial to a glass of wine or two!!
