Hello
Was looking for a bit of insight into how easy it would be getting a job in this sector in the auckland area.
I have about 18 years experience in IT, Ranging from 1st Level support to senior desktop/server.
Last 4 years I have been in telecomms. installing and supporting Siemens Hipath 3K range and avaya IP office 500's. I can run cables for sockets, install patch panels etc.
Is this type of work in demand and is it just a case of hitting the agencys? seek etc, or has anymore got anymore advice...?
