Takapuna & Bayswater
Hi Everyone
Our relocation is still a few months away but we are sourcing various areas where we would like to rent based on schools, locality to CBD etc.
Takapuna & Bayswater seem like nice areas but I would really appreciate feedback on these areas and the surrounding schools.
If anyone lives there or has experienced living in these areas, your feedback would be very much appreciated.

Depends what you are looking for but schools are excellent in these areas
Nice living, beach, good restaurants, plenty of work, but quite expensive for rent
