As far as the alcohol abuse (legal drugs) goes - the Aussies ask you how much/whether you drink, but thats all. No testing involved.

Lets face it we are not talking about heroin......what heroin user do you know who wants to live a better life. Its basically about the herbal smoke of which I am a fan, apologies if that offends anyone.

I think I saw the original comment on a yahoo site, or somewhere.
Logically speaking...the blood tests are looking for potential illnesses that would be a drain on the economy...so I suppose a cocaine check would show that the person is a hard-working yuppie with a lot of cash...perhaps a positive result should be worth 10 points on the EOI.
It's odd though, isn't it, that they check for abuse of a legal drug (alcohol) but don't seem bothered by illegal ones.
