Default From Scotland to New Zealand

Hi there

My family and I are visiting New Zealand in March 2008 with a view to emigrating hopefully this year. This looks like a great site to find out loads about life in New Zealand so I will be reading all your postings with interest.

Good on you and welcome to the site. If you're in Wellington, give us a shout, there is plenty of us around here if you want to meet up for coffee and a chat!

thanks for your welcome eveybody, I'm from Windygates in Fife, (yes, it does live up to its name!!).

I am in the process of hiring a motor home for our visit in March so my head is buzzin with all the different quotes etc. Anyone know how much it is to buy bikes there? Though it may be cheaper to buy than to hire for 3 weeks for me and Andy and the 2 kids.
