Don't you just love threads that go off topic?

(but I'm lucky at the moment that I have nothing to rant about)

This thread is way off topic, plus the obtuse-o-meter is reading off scale.......and that is MY middle name...... not o-meter, the other thing....
Anyway, back OT
I hate DHL, they took a letter on "09:00 Express" service containing documents for a solicitor (in Cov) regarding our house sale, and $133 of my money.
They then proceeded to take said package to Auckland (fair enough), London (OK), East Midlands Airport (warmer), BERGAMO - that's in ITALY BTW (what??), ANCONA - also ITALY and further from Cov, and then SARAJEVO - yeah the one in Bosnia.....
I know bits of Coventry are like the Balkans circa 1996 but it was well addressed and the Courier Post people clearly wrote "BHX" on the front....
Anyway its now been back to Italy - probably for old time's sake and its currently in LEIPZIG, Germany....and I am assured by DHL that it is being sent as a matter of priority to the UK......
I thought that it was always meant to be going "as a matter of priority" to the UK!!!!!!!!!
When it arrives I shall be on the phone asking for some $$$ back, cause we could have sent it normal airmail and it would have been there quicker.......
