query regarding Job Offer !
Please suggest what are the best possibilities of securing job offer from NZ employer,
I have done Bsc electrical engineering , having 3 years of experience in multinational organization Honeywell, in automation and control systems industry, I am working as a project engineer.
I have already submitted EOI with 120 points including 10 points in an area of absolute skill shortage, wonder what are my chances with 120 points,
job offer would certainly increase my chances.
Any suggestion or advice will be highly appreciable

job offer would secure you the pick if it is with an accredited firm. but don't forget even if you have an offer of work you still need to meet all the criteria for being employed rather than a New Zealand citizen to get through the ITA.
