Poppets & clan have arrived...
well we are finally here. will up date with more details soon but so far so good, currently house hunting etc but weather has been fab. we checked in at heathrow with 30kgs each (4 of us) & 7 kgs hanndluggae. Hand luggage was not wieghed, we had 2 huge suitcases, 1 smaller suitcase, & 2 large rucksacks, all weighed & fine. We put the kids car seats in 2 boxes that we got off Crown, & stuffed some other stuff into , it went to oversize but wasn't weighed. Had luggage checked in at heathrow all the way to auckland, never saw it in singapore so no worries there, luckily had packed clothes for singapore in hand luggage. Awaiting arrival of container in a few weeks. kids (2 & 4) handled flight well & slept loads, ate very little , all the more for us, didn't once use any of the toys packed for flight - typical. If we can help with any questions for anyone just about to come will gladdly try to help. Be back soon with full update.
