Default One thing you would change about NZ?

For me it would be the crap driving attitude that prevails far and wide across our land. I refer to speeding, tailgating, hoons, drink drive, reckless overtaking, light jumping, general impatience and lack of politeness.

I realise there are worse things happening in NZ than just crappy driving (in relation to UK driving standards..apparently Indian driving makes Kiwi driving look 'safe as'..so an Indian told me), but this is just a personal wish that affects me every day.

What one thing would you like to change?

That stupid publishing law/restriction which makes a lot of NZ books really expensive because it is linked in with UK prices and distribution.

Whatever the hell it is. I think it's an historic thing.

I wish NZ had had a Roman Invasion, then Central Heating wouldn't be such an alien concept to Kiwis

I'm with you on the Right-hand rule Bevs. Was in a near-miss because of that earlier today. I was going straight-on too

Every morning on my way to work I turn right at a cross roads with a give way sign against me. Most mornings, there is someone waiting opposite, turning left. Thanks to the right hand rule, I get to go while they get to wait - and without the rule I would be left waiting for a gap in the crossing traffic as well as having to give way to cars opposite. So leave the rule as it is, thanks

Me neither, I can see the rationale behind it.

Would ban Richard Hammond from advertising anything on Kiwi Telly...

...actually I would just change Kiwi Telly, it is truely awful, especially the daytime stuff and the sheer frequency of the commercial breaks you get in programmes!!

How irritating is that bloke????? Infact all 3 of them are really irritating and I am a serious petrol head!!! Well, would be if I had any money and did not have 3 kids under 9. Thus I have to suffer a 1998 Honda Odyssey. Which is not nice.
