Well as promised a little update - the CO rang at EXACTLY 10.00 so if you have yours booked dont be thinking because everything else seems to take yonks they'll be late - they aren't. Oh and prep your children - mine had very strict instructions to answer ALL calls quickly , politely and to get a name instead of the usual - yeah who is it please & then when you ask who it is they say - dunno & wander off totally disinterested because it's not for them - anyway I digress.........could talk about teenagers ALL day.

she was very lovely and asked security questions first - just to help me remember who I am in the midst of all this ! anyway the other threads & posts about the questions were bob on & it was worth revisiting them & doing some revision. The last question though was about long term plans so I said to stay in NZ and gain citizenship , which I hope gets an additional gold star .......
we now only have to wait TWO WEEKs to have a decision - It will be a very long 2 weeks & it's the school holidays - oh joy ! Thanks to all for info
