The little Silver eyes lined up waiting for their winter ration of sugared water.
The driver that says "thank you for using my bus" in the morning.
The early (very!) daffs joining the snow drops in reassuring bloom in Hagley Park.

I have to add this here because I am still giggling.

Have just had cause to ring Jetstars customer service line, it requires you to do a whole lot of voice recognition but is tailored towards Kiwi and Aussie voices (obv) anyway long and short of it is I got sick of saying YES very loudly only for it to patiently ask me to say yes or no again. So, I drew myself up, summoned my most comedic and exaggerated Kiwi accent and got straight through.

Been here a year now, best accent moment yet.

Why do you need so much back up/confirmation that your choice to live in NZ is right ? I mean, a whole thread ?

Really.

I don't believe OP does, as they state they took this from another countries forum, so just a bit of fun

Maybe some of us like to wallow in happiness and relish the fact that we made the right life choice by coming here.
Though we do apologize for upsetting you....

Going for a drive through stunning scenery. Having spent the last couple of years in Australia I've missed having "real" seasons so finding some snowdrops yesterday made me happy! Also, having a Fergburger in Queenstown....

Ha I know the feeling, I often get looked at like I'm an alien - and for completely reasonable things!
