Re: NZ feature on BBC Breakfast
The first report said 15,000 Brits made the move last year - however NZ needs 50,000 a year to grow.

Ha - now some property expert saying £80k will get you a massive property with spectacular views.

Re: NZ feature on BBC Breakfast
and the NZ Govt would like to attract even more people from the UK.
They had a nice family 'lovin' the lifestyle' that I think live somewhere on the North Shore as I thought I saw Rangi in the background, originally from the South of England. But the property expert commenting said it was a very long way to go if it turned out to be a mistake. Annoyingly, he talked about how £80k would buy you an impressive home with land and great views. Possible I'm sure, but a slightly distorted impression to give people surely.
Nice to watch thanks.

80K what a load of crap!
Why did the BBC not approach me, I would have told them the truth!
More like 85K
