Before my time in bonny scotland - although last year I drove through Inverurie and it said 28° on the car. Normally if it got above 20° the locals would be red in the face, fanning themselves and saying 'its mouchty waarm the noo'

Is the Northland area not quieter...a lot more warmer and picturesque than England...and bits of the South Island?
