everyone please keep your fingers crossed for us... after our 'slight delay' who goes by the name of Leah Rose it looks like we could finally be getting to NZ in the next couple of weeks!

We applied for her visa on Monday, and that should be back within a week, as ours were approved in 5 days & the case officer knows our situation so should be able to grant Leah's in the same time.

As Leah was born over here, we have decided to have her christened before we leave so that our family can be there. That is now booked for 12th July so we have informed hubby's employer we can come out anytime after that... so they are looking at sorting our flights for the 15th or after - yippeeeee!!!

We are both so ready for leaving now, getting fed up of being in this house with no furniture etc & hubby is looking forward to going back to work after his extended break! Although he still loves being with me & his little princess.

So, fingers crossed we'll be there soon!

Thanks guys. Am Loolah, depending on the date she will be 5-6 weeks old. Motherhood is great thank you! Loving every second of it, even this utter exhaustion from having only 2 hours sleep cos poor little princess cant settle in the heat.

EVEN BETTER NEWS: INZ case officer just phoned me - she has approved Leah's visa already - we only posted it on monday evening!! We should receive her passport back in tomorrows or fridays post YAAAAYYY we are on our way!!!!
