Anyone moving to Timaru who might like to buy our affordably priced 4 brm home? We are a block away from Timaru Boy's High, a short walk to Bluestone Primary, 5 mins to town and maybe 10 to the beach. The house is a 100 year old weatherboard villa which we have renovated inside and out with 4 huge bedrooms a study, new bathroom and kitchen and a large rear deck overlooking a large section (about 900sqm). Heated by a woodburner and ceiling fan which works really well for the whole house. Double glazing in the lounge. We might sell it with some furniture if someone is interested.
