We don't share often enough when we get good service so I just wanted to post to say how fabulous Letton Percival have been. Not only were their rates a third of those quoted by the shipping companies but their customer service and claims process has been excellent. The quoting system was pretty good once you got over having to find NZ replacement values and our contact was responsive even after we arrived in NZ and faced the potential of having to put our stuff in storage. We were offered first 30 days free. Our stuff did arrive and we had to make a claim for a missing item which in the end we were not able to source in NZ and had to order from the UK. We had a fair bit of backward and forwarding trying to find a replacement and look at options. In all our intereractions we received very quick responses and a huge amount of flexibility even when the delays were down to us. Once we finaly got sorted and submitted the claim it was settled and paid within days. So all in all well done Letton Percival and for anyone looking for marine cargo insurance you really don't need to look further as for once price and customer service go hand in hand

The gentleman I spoke to was very reassuring and friendly and as you say cost is a fraction of what the container people wanted.
