Hi Am Loolah - my thoughts would be that, as you well know, properties - especially older properties - can deteriorate quite quickly with tenants and, who on earth knows what sort of tenants you would get - again, as you will know..., you can never judge by appearances - some of the tidiest looking people are absolute slobs at home, especially a rented home!
