Any recipes, ideas what to do with lots of lemons
Slice in G&T or cold dry cider, squeezed on fish dosn't use many!
There must be some Kiwi ideas.

Grate the zests & pack into little bags for the freezer. Squeeze or juice the pulp & pour into ice cube bags or containers. With both of these ideas, you'll have the taste of summer all year round.

Re: Lemon glut
Buy plenty of bottles of Gin
Buy plenty of bottles of Signature Range Tonic Water
Mix the two with ice and squeeze the juice from the lemon and jobs a good un - Lemon G&T lovely
Or if you like Chinese food, buy some cornflour and then mix the cornflour in with the lemon juices, before wrapping them over chicken. You'll have a delicious lemon chicken sorted.

Re: Lemon glut
Half a lemon used to be the 1/2 time mouth cleanser during a Rugby match until oranges became available......whenever I get a meal with lemons to squeeze I still can't resist eating the whole thing I have def got the damage...no sense of smell left any more, but it can help with weight loss, can't smell bacon sizzling in the morning nor a Balti when you step out of the pub!
