Anyone else had this?
They ask you to justify your decision then when you give it to them they accuse you of moaning
What do they want to you to tell em?

I didn't really bother telling people - I went for my holiday thing and when I got the job offer I returned to the UK and said I was going for a few months on a short-term contract and I'd be back soon. I didn't lie, I went back 5 times and after three years, I just went back.

Big difference in life between "moaning" and doing something because you are unhappy or seeking something better.

When we've been asked I always answered with another question .....
'Why not ??'
They can't answer me and I don't have to justify our actions!
Failing that though, if I like the person, I just tell them 'Opportunity' hehe
