Hi
Do the estate agents and letting agents shut down for the holidays in Dec/Jan, just want to know in case we land there and need accomodation around that time! I know its not ideal but thats life!
Also are there seperate Property management companies in NZ that would be an option for rentals, if so do these shut down for holidays.

as far as I know everything retail is open as normal, except for the usual bank holidays. I don't know of any local realators who close for a prolonged period.

Most rentals are handled by a property management division of a Real Estate Agents
