Well done. Yes she was our case officer along with Catherine Beath, both excellent and very helpful, we're off at the end of September, can't wait. While you lot have been having a summer we've still been cloudy and cool here in NE Scotland - oh for a summer!!

Hiya

How long after your case officer was allocated did you wait for your residency?
We have a chap who was allocated about 4 weeks ago, I keep checking the immigration site like a fool!

Sorry can't really remember.. We sent our ITAs off in September and got a call about a month later to discuss it, and then got our visas a bit later. Sorry I'm a bit vague on dates. It seemed pretty quick maybe because we weren't in any rush.

Immigration site is way behind the times and takes a few weeks to be updated with your current situation. We had no job offer and our timeline went something like this:
Application sent in 2 Sept 2005
Assigned case officer 2 Nov 2005 (Catherine Beath very nice lady)
Telephone interview 11 Nov 2005
Residency granted 22 Nov 2005
Residency APPROVED 16 Dec 2005
Residency visas in passport 17 Dec 2005

Good luck

Hiya

ohh! I will stop relying on that quite so much then and start hassling the postman!

To be fair, the web page was very upto date when they chose to send our ITA.
