Thank you, just back from doing the dolphin and whale safari it was a great day out for all the family.
Wife getting a little pissed about the letting agents, why are they so up themselves?
Advice for anyone comming over try and do all your house hunting homework prior to getting here, we thought we would get a rental no worries, but some are just down right awful along with the agents.

Don't let their attitudes put you off, your money is as good as the next person's and they are going to take a fair wodge of it off you too.
They do tend to cover quite limited local areas, if you're looking for something good then visit the agents in a more "upmarket" area perhaps?
A desirable school zone can make even a dump expensive so be wary, people often rent these for a short time to get their kids in and then hand in the tenancy after a few months.
Almost all of them do a printed list of what's available so get the lists every week and keep an eye on the local free papers.
I've seen some pretty awful shacks that I wouldn't even use to camp in, let alone put my belongings into
.
Don't be disheartened, keep plugging away you'll get something sooner or later. New stuff is coming up all the time.
