Hello, I quit New Zealand and I have to complete my Inland Revenue Tax return, but it is not very clear ....

Schedular payments are for contracted persons, ie not directly employed by the organisation. You need to put the tax deducted in box 12A (schedular deductions on your summary) and the gross payment (schedular payments) in Box 12B. If you have any expenses that you are claiming related to the contract work, you put them in Box 12C. You may have to justify the expenses to IRD separately.
