Default Horse trainer coming to NZ

Hi i am a natural horsemanship trainer, I work with all types of horses mainly those with behaviour and training issues.

I am in the process of relocating to NZ and just wondered if anyone knows if there is likely to be a need for my services over there, I am inundated with work in the UK and would love to continue once we move, I also retrain and rehabilitate rescue and remedial horses, many who come out of racing in the UK.
Thanks for taking the time to read my post and any advice would be appreciated.

Hi & welcome!

This is one big horsey country so depending on where you're heading, you should have no difficulty in finding a horse scene going on.

I'm hoping I'm not breaking any rules but one site will be very helpful in your research.

thanks for that, since i havent been I guess you do just worry about things, we are coming over on a reccie trip fairly soon so hopefully my worries will be laid to rest. I suppose anywhere there are horses, there will be horse problems. I am probably heading towards Hamilton, it looks like that would be a good place. thanks again x

We visited friends in Cambridge/Hamilton and met someone who shows horses and he said he was inundated with work. So there must be plenty around.

Could be useful the way petrol prices are going. Can you coach a small team or a pony and trap?
