Hillary Clinton for Secretary of State?
Watching CNN News where it has been reported that President Elect Obama has offered the position to Hillary Clinton. Here's hoping she accepts!

Good question. There are many qualified people I suppose. I'm sure whoever's picked will be democrat, and I tend more to pick the republicans (not always, but usually). So I doubt I'll like whoever he picks, although I suppose it's possible. But I never could stand Hilary, and I never will.
Sounds like it being offered to Hilary is still a rumour, at least from any news I could find. And if true, many don't expect her to accept. Might be so.... might not...

I think there are a lot of experienced people around - it doesn't have to be her. I think she's smart - but I think her ethics are questionable (ok so are all of them, but hers mroe so than many).

Interesting article yesterday in the paper how it might be a problem with her-conflict of interest type thing, looking back at some of the countries/companies Bill has hit up for donations to his Presidential library...
