Hi I am thinking of moving to NZ
Hi Everyone!
My name is Lisa and I am planning to move to NZ, with possibly the prospects of a midwifery job at Middlemore hospital
Just wondering if anyone else was working there, or if anyone has any information about what it is like in that area ie where is best to rent property
My husband is also trying to find job prospects out there as we are coming over to Auckland in August before we commit to anything
Any information is greatly appreciated
Lisa

Welcome to the site. I know nothing about Middlemore anymore as I lived there 16 years ago! All changed now. Someone will answer you soon.

Kia Ora Lisa and welcome.
Have a look on www.trademe.co.nz for rental property details.
www.wise.co.nz for a online map of auckland (should give you idea of areas around Middlemore).
Otherwise, it's a good idea to do a reccie like your planning, Auckland has plenty to offer, but if you can avoid having a car to commute, it would make life alot more easier (in the short term).
Good luck, plenty of lovely helpful people here to answer any questions.
