Hi
Hi Everyone,
I moved to Auckland in October to start my PhD here. The scariest thing I have ever done was moving here on my own. The country is beautiful but still finding it hard to meet new people. Any advice?

Hi, I've just moved back to NZ after 9 years in London. I'm thinking about joining a tramping/mountaineering club to meet some new people. What kind of things do you like to do in your spare time?

Re: Hi
Wow how brave are you! Good luck with your studies. Keep an eye on the meet ups forum and try to get along to a gathering, lots of friendly helpful BE members in your area so you'll get some advice from them.
We're not in NZ yet so can't offer anything other than 'virtual' support at the moment!
Best wishes
