Have I got this right?????
Hi there,
I am filling in the form to register with the NZ Teaching Council but I'm a bit confused over telephone area codes. Could someone please confirm if I have this right?
To ring England from NZ 0044 (area code without the zero at the start) then my 6 digit phone number.
To ring my English mobile phone from NZ 0044 (then my mobile number without the zero at the start)
Thanks muchly, want to get this sent off today

Re: Have I got this right?????
You are correct....
but I would just put
"+44 [the number without the leading zero]"
and that should do fine as almost everybody understands that "+" means international dialling prefix
