Well as the title suggests, has anyone used them and how would you rate the service?

Been doing quite a bit of shopping whilst I've been back in Blighty and even though I'm entitled to 35 Kg luggage allowance, I'm not sure I can carry that amount. I don't want to risk another hernia

Not used it to NZ, but a backpacking friend has had stuff sent over by her mum a couple of times to Australia. They recommended it, good quick service.

I used it NZ to UK last year. Brilliant service. It was DHL who picked up and delivered, just brokered by Send my Bag website and documentation.
