Default Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....old boss

Hi all

Well, OH ex-boss is still being a pain in the ass and has NOT sent us a reference back (he's had 5wks now).... :curse:

So I am beginning to think I might just send OH certificates to the NZQA without it????

I was going to include a ref from his first job (where he served his time) saying he worked full time for 3yrs (1991-1994) and then one from our own business saying he has worked full time for 3.5yrs (he is an employee of his own limited company??)....

Do you think that will be sufficient???? I am guessing they only need to verify he has 4yrs + experience of full time work as a spark?????

I will also include that he has work as a qualified supervisior for 9yrs inbetween but that we are still awaiting references?????

What do you think??

Cheers

We had to provide proof of employment for our application too, whilst being employed in our family business.

We approached former clients for references, provided payslips for a continous period, P60s and copies of any professional training undertaken as well.

We offered explanations for any gaps we could not provide evidence for ( 2 gaps, quite early on in history, due to re organisation and another company no longer trading).

Must have worked, we have been here 2 years next month
