GOOD WELL TRAINED, KNOWLEDGABLE Dentists in Nelson Bays area -
Need advice or recommendations on above ---please!
Experienced two so far.
Ist for emergency extraction, she wore same pair of latex gloves throughout two previous patients and inputting details on computer, prior to welcoming me into the 'operating theatre' separated from full waiting room by a folding 'paper screen!!
Second one never removed his mask {or his gloves from previous patient}.
Could well have been D'Artanignion from 3 Musketeers but he took a personal call, he pulled his mask down, where I saw his face!!
I know there is Yellow pages but word of mouth/personal knowledge is priceless when it comes to dentists.

Two lemons in a row..wow rare for NZ I'd say... we are paying a fair rate here so they tend to be 'supernice' to get you to return....maybe there's more competition in Wellington. Absolutely agree word of mouth way to go or a decent website and recce visit maybe.
How about this one? http://www.advanceddental.co.nz/

Thanks for your advice- I've seen the 'advance dental' site and many similar ones on my trawl of web sites.
They all look amazing. Just hoped there might be someone out there in Nelson Bays, who had experience of one. Positive of course!

My husband has used the dental practice in Tahunanui for both emergency treatment and then ongoing remedial work. He is still using them now . There have been no problems during the past 6 months or previous years. One of the two dentists there has a wee practice here in the village ( not in the village mall) & I have been using this dentist practice with no ill effects from grubby mitts or manky face masks.
