good stores to buy scarves? close to New Lynn (Auckland) as possible

Sorry maybe a silly question but I'm quite new here and a relative would really like a thin scarf for christmas. Something as authentic nz as possible. wonder if anyone could recommend some stores. i live in new lynn but don't mind travelling into town or wherever. Thanks
