Prefer the rural setting but without being too far from a city. I'm about 40 minutes drive from York where I am now.
The accredited employers list I've used a little, that website needs some TLC. Its search function is useless, and its easier to view it page by page.
I might scrape the data and put it into a database and make a functional site, so you can search by city and so on.
