Electricity Provider and Broadband - Rotorua
Hi all,
We're moving to Rotorua in a weeks time, specifically Ngongotaha, and I have been looking at which electricity and broadband supplier to go with.
So far for the electricity Powershop seem to be getting good reviews and are cheaper than other providers I have looked at. However, Flick also comes out on top when I use the Power Switch calculator. For broadband, Bigpipe seems to be pretty good too.
For those that live in Rotorua, who do you have your electricity and broadband with and would you recommend them?
If it helps, we will be heating our hot water with an Electric Cyclinder and our main source of heating in the house will be a Heat Pump. The type of broadband available to us will be 'Fast' ADSL, as other types of broadband aren't available in Ngongotaha yet.
Thanks

RobDon, how do you find your broadband speeds with Spark? Is it enough to stream videos from YouTube or watch Netflix for example?
