Cool.

In reflection to yesterday, this is a wonderful country to live in. Sure it has its negatives and we all experience them sometimes. Time will help, you've just got to get through the next 12 months or so - it does take time

I read the Telegraph frequently, I often tune into Sky news UK and I'm really glad and excited to be here - even if the houses have zero insulation! Ultimately when we buy.. its something we'll put in for sure.

Glad today was more positive for you.

David.

Hi
The roads are certainly not paved with gold in New Zealand ,, And believe me I ve had a rough 18 mths here ,,, But with time and adjustment in the way of life and culture I do feel more settled now .
Eight months ago if you had given me a one way ticket back to the UK I would of snatched your hand off,,
I do miss a lot about the UK ,, but now I ve adjusted to the way of life There are times especially in the medical sector which may compromise my principles in more ways than one
It is a much poorer country and you do pay for that . But the advantage in the reduced population, brings it s benefits too,
For me it has got better ,,
I can t say if I will ever call New Zealand home ,, but it does get better if you want it too
