Default Did NZ upset Thor?

Goodness me . What a day for storms and rain.

Even Mr BEVS thinks we have seen the like maybe twice or thrice.

Rain horizontal. Trees horizontal. Even the ducks are hiding.

All from an unusual direction I will add. Bit like the winds we've had all this summer.

I think it's on account of us having the best summer on record - like we do every year.

Funny that this 'glorious' summer is unlike any other in that our usually parched and dried out grass and all the hills we see driving around are still as green as a green thing.

That sounds miserable. I was wondering how your garden was fairing after your summer of hail and hoping it had recovered a bit.

I assume that all the farmers in your area are looking very relieved.

A couple of months ago some were talking about slaughtering herds to avoid losses due to drought.
