Can anyone advise on dependent children, I have received my invitation to apply for residence which will include my hubby and two children. My eldest child is 19 single and lives at home with us but is employed. I understand that he will not be considered dependent because he is working. We consider him to be dependent as he relies on us financially as he would not be able to live independently on his salary if he stayed in the UK alone. Has anyone had any experience in this area any advice would be helpful.
