Hello everyone,

Me, the wife and child have finally arrived in Christchurch feeling in a very 'holiday mode'. However, we need to snap out of it (at least put our sensible hats on) and get looking for a house to rent ASAP.

We'd appreciate it if anyone could recommend any decent rental agents, or ones to avoid come to that.

We've had lots of good feedback on areas to live from previous posts/looking through other posts and FB groups, but of cause any other advice is always welcome.

First Avenue Lettings on Bealey Avenue in Christchurch was good when we were there Feb to June 2011. We lived on Worcester Street, Linwood, Christchurch.
