Child Benefit

Hi.

Is child benefit paid out in NZ as per UK and if so is there a qualifying period from after you start your residency?

Hi. No you don't get Child Benefit here, or if you do I'm not getting it

You do get Tax Credits thing based on your income and thats from when you get your residency and are actually here in NZ I think

This will work out how much you are entitled to. You can apply for this if you are a permenant resident.
