Angry Care with container insurance

......................Long story short. 2 boxes apparently didnt get labelled and put on the manifest, even though we know we packed them and they were in the garage to go. because we couldnt spend every minute looking over the moving crew, who were joined by some "colleagues" for a short time, then saw the container sealed we thought all had gone ok. only at this end did we find, or rather not find, 10 pairs of DW's shoes and my tiling tools and bench saw.

tried claiming, but as all was delivered that was on the manifest, small print decrees no claim matey wankers

I bet Lady Eglamore is overcome with sadness at the loss of here treasured possessions, you on the other hand have far too many tools already

Seriously though, we have the same problem, I can't find certain things ( bedding etc) and again everything has been shown as delivered so not a lot we can do either
