Camp Site electricity

Hello,

We are planning our first camping trip sometime in November. We brought all of our camping equipment over with us, including a lead for electricity.....what I'm wondering is are the fittings the same here as they are in the UK ? if not does anyone know of a conversion we can use ?

Also just out of interest, anyone with any ideas where to go that has some really good tramping tracks.

Thank you
Annie:)

Camp sites will insist that you have an approved 10m lead with RCD, like this one.

If you have an existing cable without RCD - check Bunnings or Mitre 10, you can easily fit this yourself, although they are probably about $100 too :o
