Calling 560k ... come and get it ... here here chick chick. My oven is waiting for you ... here here chick chick. Actually, it is fascinating seeing what level of money buys what in NZ. I guess there are lots of variations on prices for the same kind of property just like anywhere else. But houses seem to be more expensive than I though given the amount of land available as a ratio of the number of folks residing in NZ ... are there heavy duty regs on freeing up land for housing development? Just a rhetorical question ... please don't answer that question here ... just want to see the photos of the houses ... please next one please, with a cherry on top please.

Not fair.......I stopped affording a house after the first page........

Can we play what salary one would need to be able to afford such luxury???

Or will the repayments scare us off anyway?? :scared:

I have tried! But keep finding in-between real estate firms (I guess the Google I am using is specific to the USA, is there an NZ Google ... www.goggle.nz?) ... I will try searching on NZ's Google search engine ... then will find loads and loads ... maybe ... possibly ... not sure (line from the BBC's Red Dwarf).
