we got a PS3 with a game and a blueray dvd for 399 - not a great saving but we would have paid 399 for it without the game and dvd so cant complain.......we also bought another 3 games for cheaper, i got my sister a dvd for $5 and a vax hoover thingy for $35.

My accomplishment was managing not to buy anything! (Staying away from the shops helped but the ever-present internet was a constant temptation).

Nice price on those tampons, by the way.

I was tempted by the Target $40 DVD player but resisted shopping.
You must be one of those CVS thrifty mamas with the card thing and all the points and free items. I still haven't figured it all out and our Longs is supposed to become a CVS so i need to get into all that.

Took my youngest son and daughter out to renew the contracts on their cell phones, daughter got a LG Spyder touch screen one and son got a Blackberry Curve. The phones cost $50 each and they both paid for their own!
