Banks - boring I know....
I'm a bit cheesed off with the ASB to be honest . It's not a complaint about the service or that ASB have done anything as such. I'm just fed up with the continuous fees & being jumped on by someone everytime I enter the portals of that establishment. I just find it all so jobsworth & old-fashioned I suppose.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a bank please. I see that TSB have opened one branch in Nelson city. Is TSB any good? What about Rabobank.

We are with the TSB and the customer service is superb they even recognise my voice over the phone, there are no fees if you keep your balance over 5 grand i think the credit card might be 10 bux a year. The one and only downside is that they dont keep money in the branch 
so u have to use the cashpoints wich have a daily limit

I'm with ANZ and have had no problems with them at all. In fact I have just changed my current account as I went in about something else and was told that they now have a new current account with no monthly fee. I save $90 a year now we've changed my own and the joint account over

national bank nz been fine so far for me
if you put in 2.5k a month e.g your salary, there are no fees to pay
they have the widest network of ATM's across the country as well which is handy

Totally agree - no complaints at all re Kiwibank been with them for the past 3+ years and have not thoughts of moving. Also have savings with Rabobank and Westpac and have had no problems with them either.
