Um, no not really. Didn't really look much bigger than normal. About the same brightness as an autumn moon looks like in a clear sky anyway.

We've not had it here yet!!!
Tonight's the night for us, best time to look is in about 45mins time between 5.30 & 6.00pm.

yep looks its biggest on raising. So did anyone notice the tides, very low low tides.

Yup. We notice the tides because we're by an estuary. Clear skies here although we did miss it on the rise.
It's retina searing bright. I'll give it that.
Mr BEVS has dusted off my ancient telescope . Not sure if he will looking for cheese or the Soup Dragon and Clangers.
